Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed with Synthos Research Peptides ("Synthos", "we"). By placing an order you confirm you have read and accept them.

1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. They are not medicines, food supplements or cosmetics, are not approved by the EMA, FDA or any other regulator for human or veterinary use, and must not be administered to people or animals. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you will handle and use the products in accordance with applicable law.

2. Orders and prices

Submitting the checkout is a request to order, not a payment. Your order is accepted once a representative has confirmed it with you and payment has been received. Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing errors before confirming an order.

3. Payment

Payment is made after the confirmation call by card, bank transfer or a local payment method. Orders ship once payment is received.

4. Delivery

We ship from inside the European Union with tracking, to the EU and internationally. Delivery times are estimates. For orders outside the EU you are responsible for checking that the products may be imported into your country and for any import duties. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellations and returns

You may cancel at no cost at any time before payment. Because of their nature, sealed research products cannot be returned once delivered unless they are damaged, defective or not what you ordered; in that case contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund them.

6. Liability

Synthos is not liable for any use of the products other than lawful laboratory research. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
