Shipping & payment

How your order works

  1. Add products to your cart and complete the short checkout (name and phone; email optional).
  2. A Synthos representative contacts you within 24 hours, by phone or WhatsApp, to confirm the products, quantity and delivery address.
  3. You pay, and your order ships the same or the next working day.

Payment

Nothing is charged on the website. After the confirmation call you can pay by Visa / Mastercard or bank transfer, and in Portugal also by MB WAY or Multibanco. Your representative sends the exact payment details.

Shipping

  • Tracked shipping on every order, worldwide.
  • Inside the EU: free shipping, no customs declarations, import VAT or fees at the door, usually 2–5 working days.
  • Outside the EU: usually 5–12 working days. Any import duties depend on your country; your representative confirms the shipping cost and duties on the call before you pay.
  • Plain, discreet box with no product names on the outside.

Damaged or missing items

If anything arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order reference, and we will replace it.
